Photography for Good
I had a babysitter when I was little who has one of the most giving spirits I know.
She has always had a heart full for others. She and her wonderful husband adopted their own two beautiful children from Russia. Now, she works for Heart Gallery Alabama helping domestic foster children find homes.
But her cause is not only special because she is a dear friend. Their organization uses photography for good. They take have professional photographers take pictures of the children in the Alabama foster care system and then display the photos in galleries around the state to help find their forever families. Not only does it raise awareness, but it gives each child a chance for their unique spirit to be captured - an opportunity that many of us took for granted but many foster children do not receive.
One of the items they need to transport children and photographs all over Alabama is a car. And through Toyota's 100 Cars for Good campaign, they have a chance to win one at no cost to their organization. But in order to win one, they need votes. If you have a spare moment, please take it to vote for them in today's Cars for Good campaign. It is an opportunity to make a difference in the life of a foster child.
Here is where you can go to vote before midnight tonight. Thank you for taking the time to do so!
